First Look
Kristi Cromwell
Artist statement: Every bride-to-be dreams of that special day when she finds her perfect dress. This photo captures the pure magic of my daughter’s ‘First Look’. That moment when her wedding dress arrived at the bridal boutique and which made her feel like she was in a fairy tale. It was a moment of true joy and wonder. Photography allows me to capture fleeting moments and beauty that might otherwise go unnoticed.
A Study in Dahlias
Kristi Cromwell
$100.00
Selected for Exhibition Artist statement: Dahlias are my favorite flower and instead of my usual ‘posed’ composition, I decided to have some fun with taking a picture within a picture. As each flower is unique, photographing them is my way of preserving their short-lived beauty. Photography allows me to capture fleeting moments and beauty that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Pink Lady
Kristi Cromwell
