Buildings in High
Buildings in High
Lindsey-leigh Campos
$100.00

Artist statement: Life if complicated, sometimes I prefer to keep my photos simple. They perfectly juxtapose my wild nature, and remind me that sometimes, less is more. I am drawn to low and high key minimalist photos, as I love to embrace the negative space and punctuate it with something mundane.
Specific medium: Street Photography
Can You Hear the Footsteps Echo?
Can You Hear the Footsteps Echo?
Lindsey-leigh Campos
$150.00

Artist statement: College saw me through many building design and architecture classes as a pursued a degree in Interior Design, So I can not help but being drawn to photographing buildings, and drinking in their structures and design. This exterior corridor of a building in Boston drew me in with its rigid use of lines and the light games it played with dark and light concrete. Can you hear the footsteps echo through? Because I can.

Artist statement: Sunset is a fleeting moment that I do not often get to capture. As a photographer, we tend to chase the light; so this seems a funny statement. That glorious glow of golden hour, should draw me to my camera like a moth to a flame! But I have to remind myself that sunsets are also meant for enjoying- so I try to be present for those moments as much as I can. Occasionally though, I do let myself enjoy the fun of photographing during sundown.

Artifacts in the Museum
Artifacts in the Museum
Lindsey-leigh Campos
$25.00

Artist statement: Sometimes I like to step outside of my usual style, and get a bit more funky. Here I am embracing the grit and the noise as if I am a spector, looking for the energy to make my presence known. In actuality, Im playing with my reflection on a glass door in the Worcester Art Museum and embracing the shattering of the traditional values of a "good" photo.
A Sign of the Times
A Sign of the Times
Lindsey-leigh Campos
$150.00

Artist statement: Orange, yellow, and red are probably my least favorite colors; but the warm hues of this sign on a sand colored façade perfectly juxtaposed the cool stark cool glass skyscraper behind it. What normally I would have preferred to showcase in Black and White just begged me to keep it in color.
Specific medium: Street Photography
Hillside Cemetery

Artist statement: This tranquil setting is a classic old New England cemetery located in Shrewsbury, Mass. Although it is now surrounded by soccer fields it still has an aura of a countryside bounded by a simple stone wall with granite pillars and iron gates.

Artist statement: The subtle color of the night sky, buildings in the distance, children playing in the water by the waterfall, adults relaxing all caught my attention. I feel I have captured the essence of the calmness of the night.
