Mystic Tea
Jennifer Behymer

Artist statement: The turquoise and silver of the antique tea pot combined with the pussy willow stems and bright red cherries drew me to create this piece. This is one of those rare pieces where everything went smoothly from start to finish and was a pleasure to paint.

$200.00

Artist statement: Another happenstance photo: right place, right time. On a cliff overlooking the ocean, I had just put the camera down to have lunch and this sea gull was suddenly right in front me. Luckily, I didn't have to adjust the camera to get the shot

Artist statement: Another happenstance photo: right place, right time. We had just gotten to the beach and I looked west to see the dark clouds behind the life gaurd station. At least this time I had the luxury of time to set up and get the shot.

Walks on the Beach
Doug Beller
$200.00

Artist statement: Another happenstance photo: right place, right time. This was taken about 20 minutes before sunrise and, as can be expected, there are few people on the beach at that time. But one is enough...

Unbowed
Melissa Beyer
$200.00

Artist statement: In this portrait, I wanted to express the age, wisdom, and beauty of the subject along with a sense of peacefulness. I love the light and shadows of this piece, with the light shining on the woman's forehead, nose and cheek while the left side of her face and collar are in deep shadow.

Rule Breaker
Linda Bonaccorsi
$300.00

Artist statement: The colors drew me in first, and then I became obsessed with the combination of those colors. This Iris species, Netted Iris, has such a contemporary sculptural look that I decided to have some fun breaking the rules of composition on this image.

Colorful Gray and Brown
Colorful Gray and Brown
Linda Bonaccorsi
$300.00

Artist statement: It was a cold weather hike during the gray season in New England. Over six miles of hiking, and I came home with only a handful of pictures. I always say to myself, "I just need one," and I kept two. Here is one of them. This tiny stream, one of many we crossed, had the prettiest rock bottom and crystal clear water that made all those grays and browns of the rocks look both colorful and refreshing.

There was this Leaf
There was this Leaf
Linda Bonaccorsi
$200.00

Artist statement: My husband and I went to Noon Hill for a hike, and I thought the cooler temperatures would be helpful in reducing the mosquitoes; I was wrong. Honestly, there were so many mosquitoes, it was a bit of a miserable day, and I took very few pictures. Stopping meant more bites...ugh! You'd never know looking at this shot that I couldn't wait to be done. We had stopped for a break at this small pool/marsh area, and there was this leaf...

Water Color Brush Strokes
Water Color Brush Strokes
Linda Bonaccorsi
$350.00

Artist statement: I think if I were painting a Fall picture, this is how I'd do it, but who needs a painting when you find these colors on the water just begging to have their picture taken? The brush stroke effect is a natural result of how I took the picture.
Specific medium: color photography on Acrylic
Blue Baubles
Blue Baubles
Linda Bonaccorsi
$300.00

Artist statement: I don't know what caused that blue color, but I assure you it is real. It appeared to be in the ice and not just a reflection of surrounding colors. My best guess is that a process similar to what gives icebergs their color might be responsible, but I'm no expert. Regardless of the why, that blue is amazing, and I am thrilled I found these icicles!
