Artist statement: The elements of my work are, in a sense, modulated by the echoes and vibrations, or ‘voices,’ from the universal lyre. They can be whimsical, unpredictable, ambiguous, and yet fluid like watercolor. My works are inspired by the cheerfulness and colorfulness that arise from everyday forms of life.
