Meadow garden, early morning, late summer
Donald McCallister
$50.00
Selected for Exhibition Artist statement: I grew up in a home where gardens dominated the yard. As a kid, I didn't appreciate the crowding of my play space. As an adult, I am blessed with a wife who loves to garden and possesses a wonderful eye for color and design. I try to capture some of the beauty in her gardens. Sometimes one can stand and be surrounded by the colors and structure. Other times, one has to get down on hands and knees and peer closely at beauty hidden from the casual glance.
